May work at various unanticipated locations throughout the US, relocation may be required. JOB DESCRIPTION: We have been providing IT services for the past 14 years for Corporate clients, Public sectors, and other agencies within the states of Maryland, Arizona, California, Vermont, and Ohio. We are looking to hire team members to help with projects for our clients. Primary Duties: Working closely with product owners, developer and project managers to define and prioritize testing requirements; Communicating test results and status reports in an agile environment; Identify, debug and fix defects in application code; Validating the web applications and backend systems meet requirements and design specifications; Reviewing functional business requirements and design specifications to ensure understanding of deliverables such as test strategy, test plans and test cases; Developing, documenting and maintaining test cases and other test artifacts like test data, test scripts; Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases and report test results; Publishing and communicating test results and test plan statuses using established processes; Isolating, replicating and reporting defects and verifying defect fixes; Working closely/collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Dev, Management, Operations); Participating in all aspects of functional, regression, user acceptance and load testing; Providing estimates for test efforts; Coordinating with Network Services team to ensure required test platforms are available. Identify quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues; Participating in software design discussions, reviews and test strategy sessions; EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or closely related field of study and preferably three to four years of relevant experience or a related field of study required. Minimum 2-4 years related experience. Detail orientated with excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
