Position: AI Chatbot Developer

Experience : 3 – 5 Years Location : Hyderabad Shift : Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Working Days : 5 Days/Week

Tek Leaders Inc. is looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. If you’re passionate about building AI-powered chatbots and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models using Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.

• Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Langchain and Langflow.

• Work with AstraDB and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, MongoDB) for managing conversational data.

• Use Langflow/Flowise for orchestrating chatbot workflows.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI NLP and conversational technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RAG models and LLMs (GPT-4, LLaMA, or Amazon Bedrock).

• Proficiency in Python and related libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama Index).

• Experience working with vector databases and integrating with platforms like AstraDB.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
