Position: Murex C2 Specialist (Collateral Management & Credit Risk) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai (Hybrid) Onboarding: Immediate or as per availability Job Type: Contract / Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid (Indian Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM IST)

We are looking for a skilled Murex C2 Consultant to join our Financial Services practice. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Collateral Management and Counterparty Credit Risk , who can implement, support, and enhance Murex C2 processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Murex Collateral Management (C2 module), covering margining, agreements, and exposure management.

• Configure credit risk limits, eligibility rules, collateral allocation, and dispute management.

• Capture requirements from business teams around counterparty credit exposure, collateral optimization, and regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Basel III).

• Deliver enhancements and provide L2/L3 support for C2 processes.

• Perform functional testing, defect resolution, and production cutover support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Finance, and Operations.

• Produce detailed documentation, configuration guides, and conduct user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience on the Murex platform with strong specialization in the C2 module.

• Strong understanding of collateral management processes, CSA agreements, and margining.

• Good exposure to risk & PFE (Potential Future Exposure) calculations.

• Experience with MxML workflows and integration with external systems.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for collateral and credit risk.

• Strong SQL and Unix scripting skills for analysis and troubleshooting.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the Murex C2 module in large-scale implementations.

• Understanding of integration with front-office and back-office systems.
