Tek Leaders Inc. is hiring a Power Automate & Power BI Developer for an exciting 3-month client engagement in Dubai. The role focuses on building scalable automation workflows and dynamic business intelligence dashboards to drive operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Power Automate

Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on stakeholder needs

Integrate data from sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and Dynamics 365

Translate business KPIs into meaningful visualizations and insights

Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy

Maintain documentation and manage deployment processes

Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate

Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling

Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure integration

Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

Microsoft certifications (PL-300, PL-500, or PL-900)

Experience in consulting or agile environments

Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security roles

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on project needs) Work Location: On-site – Dubai, UAE
