Greeting from TEKNIKOZ Location-Noida Experience-7+years Key Responsibilities Mentorship & Citizen Developer Enablement - Coach and Guide: Act as the primary technical mentor for citizen developers across various business units/sites, assisting them in scoping, designing, and troubleshooting their Power Apps and Power Automate flows. - Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain training materials, coding standards, and UI/UX guidelines tailored for non-technical builders. - Host Office Hours: Run regular enablement sessions, or "office hours" to foster a community of practice and solve complex logic or integration blockers for citizen developers. - Code Review & Optimization: Review citizen-developed applications for performance, security, and scalability before they are deployed to production environments. Architecture & Governance - Platform Strategy: Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing data lakes, ERPs, and legacy systems. - Governance & Security: Implement and manage the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit. Define Workplace strategies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and role-based access controls. - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
