Production Support

Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and cloud services. Good monitoring and debugging skills for server logs. Setting up tools and required infrastructure. Experience with ITIL process (Incidents/Problems/RFC's) Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc. SQL: Able to write DDL and DML queries and aware of concepts like joins, aggregate functions, cases. CI/CD Tools: Github to debug the code and Jenkins for the deployments knowledge on MW components, Linux OS, Networking, Microservices and ITIL processes Experience with supporting Java, Spring based applications and understanding on web technology Experience with supporting multi-tier infra Cloud Knowledge: Azure Creative, problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually Responsibilities Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and cloud services.
