SAP S/4HANA BASIS

We are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA BASIS professional to independently lead SAP S/4HANA technical platform design, implementation, upgrades, and operations. The role requires strong customer-facing leadership, deep BASIS and HANA expertise, and ownership of end-to-end landscape stability during deployment and post go-live. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA BASIS activities for implementations, conversions, and rollouts Design and manage SAP landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD environments Perform S/4HANA installations, system copies, upgrades, kernel/SP upgrades Manage SAP HANA administration: backup, recovery, performance tuning, HA/DR Support OS/DB migrations, RISE with SAP, and cloud-based deployments Own transport management, system refreshes, and cutover readiness Monitor systems, resolve performance issues, and manage incidents during hypercare Act as escalation point and technical advisor to customers Qualifications Minimum 8-10+ years of SAP BASIS experience with strong S/4HANA exposure Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, ABAP & JAVA stacks Experience with system upgrades, kernel patches, OS/DB migrations Exposure to SAP BTP administration and integrations preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
