Senior User Experience Designer

Role Overview: Lollypop Design Studio, a renowned product design studio in India, is seeking a designer to take on a leadership position in their growing Hyderabad studio. As a designer at Lollypop, you will have the opportunity to own design projects from discovery to delivery, collaborate with clients, mentor junior designers, lead design sprints and workshops, and contribute to building scalable design systems. Key Responsibilities: - Own design from discovery to delivery across complex, customer-facing product initiatives - Collaborate directly with clients to translate ambiguous briefs into well-reasoned design solutions - Articulate design decisions clearly and confidently, both with stakeholders and in design sessions - Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of craft, feedback, and continuous learning - Lead design sprints, workshops, and reviews to provide structure and vision - Build scalable design systems and maintain consistency across products and platforms - Grow into a leadership role with increasing ownership over projects, clients, and teams Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in designing digital products such as apps, platforms, SaaS, or consumer products - Strong portfolio demonstrating visual finesse and systems thinking - Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions - Experience or strong interest in customer-facing, client-side design engagements - Leadership mindset with a focus on raising the bar for yourself and those around you - Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of prototyping and user research methods - Currently based in Hyderabad and available for an in-person interview (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
