Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $29 – 31.80/hr (W2) Assignment is budgeted through the end of the year with potential to extend based on performance and business need 100% onsite role in Mineral Point, WI You will provide desktop support for hardware, software, and end-user issues in a fast-paced environment Perform desktop imaging, deployments, installations, and system configurations Troubleshoot and support network connectivity and printer-related issues Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical problems for end users Install, maintain, and support computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems Qualifications: 3 – 5 years of desktop support or IT support experience High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with desktop support, imaging, network troubleshooting, and printer support Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and desktop technologies If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached .
