ABOUT THE ROLE Own the quality function for a high-stakes trading platform where every defect carries direct financial risk. As Senior QA Engineer, you will define our test strategy, own QA processes across the release lifecycle, and shape a quality culture that scales with the platform. WHAT YOU"LL DO Define and own end-to-end QA strategy across manual and automated testingDrive test-process design for product releases, from planning through go-liveDesign and maintain automation frameworks across UI, API, and load testingOwn release qualification, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisionsPartner with engineering to shift testing left and embed QA in CI/CDDesign test data, mocks, and simulators for market-data and order flowsMentor and grow junior QA engineers; own the QA hiring barLead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for production incidents MUST HAVE 58 years of hands-on QA experience combining manual and automationStrong ownership of QA processes across full product release cyclesDeep experience with UI automation Selenium, Playwright, or CypressAPI testing expertise Postman, RestAssured, or KarateLoad and performance testing JMeter, k6, or LocustStrong SQL for test data setup, validation, and analysisExperience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and defect-tracking tools (Jira, TestRail)Prior experience mentoring and growing junior QA engineersStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE) Experience in trading, fintech, or financial-services QAUnderstanding of exchange protocols, order lifecycles, and market-data testingSecurity testing exposure OWASP Top 10, penetration testing fundamentalsISTQB Advanced or equivalent certificationsScripting proficiency in Go, Java, or Python for custom test toolingExposure to chaos engineering and reliability testingPrior work on regulated platform QA SEBI, RBI, or DPDP context WHY JOIN US Own the quality function of a critical trading platform end-to-endShape the QA organization from the ground upModern tooling and mature CI/CD cultureCompetitive compensation with growth opportunities .
