About The Role Lead the mobile engineering for a modern trading platform used by Indian investors on the go. As Senior Expo Engineer, you will own the mobile stack, drive architecture decisions, and ensure our app is fast, reliable, and secure for high-value financial transactions. WHAT YOU"LL DO Own end-to-end mobile app architecture using React Native and Expo Lead cross-platform deployment strategy iOS App Store and Google Play Drive performance optimization startup time, memory usage, and battery efficiency Design and implement secure authentication biometrics, PIN, 2FA, session management Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket streams for live market data and order flows Establish mobile engineering standards code review, testing, release processes Mentor mid-level engineers on mobile best practices Own crash monitoring, ANR resolution, and app-store rating health Own OTA update strategy and release cadence using EAS Update MUST HAVE 58 years of hands-on mobile development, with 3+ years focused on React Native / Expo Strong TypeScript and JavaScript proficiency Deep understanding of React Native fundamentals components, hooks, state management Experience with the Expo ecosystem EAS Build, EAS Update, config plugins Cross-platform deployment experience App Store and Play Store publishing Native-module integration experience when needed (iOS/Android bridges) Mobile architecture patterns Redux/Zustand, React Navigation, offline handling Performance profiling and optimization on mobile Prior experience leading mobile stacks or mentoring engineers Preferred (nice To Have) Experience in the trading, fintech, or financial-services domain Secure storage, encryption, cert pinning, and app-hardening expertise Familiarity with charting libraries and real-time data rendering on mobile Push notifications, deep-linking, and background tasks Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) skills for bridge work Prior work on high-traffic consumer apps (100K+ MAUs) Contributions to open-source React Native projects WHY JOIN US Own and shape the mobile stack for a category-defining trading platform Work with a lean, high-agency engineering team Real technical influence and ownership from day one Competitive compensation with growth opportunities Skills: javascript,expo,typescript,react native,redux .
