ABOUT THE ROLE Lead the backend engineering for a modern, high-performance trading platform. As Senior Golang Engineer, you will own critical modules, contribute to platform-level design decisions, and mentor mid-level engineers as we build systems that carry real trades in real time. WHAT YOU"LL DO - Own end-to-end design and implementation of critical backend modules in Go - Contribute to platform architecture microservices, data layer, message brokers - Design for scale, low latency, and reliability trading workloads leave no margin - Build REST APIs, gRPC services, WebSocket endpoints, and event-driven pipelines - Drive code quality set standards for reviews, testing, and observability - Mentor mid-level engineers and conduct interviews for backend hires - Partner with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and incident response - Own performance optimization and technical-debt reduction initiatives MUST HAVE - 58 years of hands-on backend engineering, with 3 years focused on Go - Deep expertise in Go goroutines, channels, context, mutex, interfaces, error handling - Solid grasp of microservices architecture and service boundaries - Production experience with REST, gRPC, and WebSocket protocols - Strong database experience PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB including schema design, indexing, transactions - Experience with message brokers Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Proven ability to own modules independently and drive design decisions - Prior experience mentoring engineers PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE) - Experience in the trading, fintech, or financial-services domain - Understanding of low-latency system design and performance profiling in Go - Exposure to broker APIs, exchange connectivity, or market-data feeds - Cloud platform experience AWS or GCP - Observability stack Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Jaeger - Contributions to open-source Go projects - Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks SEBI, RBI, DPDP WHY JOIN US - Own critical modules of a category-defining trading platform - Work with a lean, high-agency engineering team - Real technical influence and ownership from day one - Competitive compensation with growth opportunities .
