Location: Hybrid - Hinjewadi, Pune (2-3 days/week WFO) Client: zCon Solutions Experience: 10+ Years (3+ Years on Snowflake) Employment Type: Contractual - 6 Months (Extendable / C2H based on performance) Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM IST (extendable till 9 PM if required) Joining: Immediate / Earliest Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data ecosystems. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines on Snowflake using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and dbtDevelop and maintain ELT processes that ingest data from diverse sources into Snowflake using cloud-native services and orchestration toolsWork across multiple Snowflake accounts under a single organization setup, optimizing for cost, performance, and data securityWrite efficient SQL transformations and automate workflows using dbt and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and application teams to deliver business-critical data productsImplement and enforce data governance and quality frameworksIntegrate Python scripts for advanced data processing or machine learning model serving when neededPreferred SkillsHands-on with Python, including libraries like Pandas, PySpark, or SQLAlchemyExperience with data cataloging, metadata management, and column-level lineageExposure to BI tools like Tableau or Power BIStrong verbal and written communication skills for client interactionAbility to communicate to key opinion leaders, designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholdersAdaptable to changing priorities and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently .
