SAP MM & WM Functional Tester

Role: SAP MM-WM Functional Tester (E2E Testing) Location: Remote (India) | Preferred: Hyderabad Shift: UK Shift (IST 3 PM - 12 AM, flexibility required) Joining: Immediate to 2-3 Weeks Experience: 6-10 Years Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MMWM Functional Tester with strong expertise in endtoend (E2E) testing across procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, capable of independently managing testing activities across SAP MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), AP (Accounts Payable), and related integrations. This role requires deep understanding of business processes, financial impact, and system integrations, ensuring accurate validation across SAP and connected systems. Key Responsibilities SAP MM (Materials Management) Testing Perform endtoend testing of ProcuretoPay (P2P) lifecycle (PR RFQ Quotation PO GR Invoice Payment) Validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) Validate Purchase Orders (PO) Validate Request for Quotation (RFQ) Validate Release strategies & approvals Test pricing procedures, tax calculations, and account determination Validate Material Master & Vendor Master data configurations Inventory Management (IM) Test and validate Goods Receipt (GR) Test and validate Goods Issue (GI) Test stock transfers (plant/storage location) Test batch management (if applicable) Perform cycle counting Perform physical inventory validation Ensure stock consistency across systems Warehouse Management (WM) Perform testing for inbound processes (Putaway) Perform testing for outbound processes (Picking, Packing, Shipping) Validate bin management, storage types/sections, handling units (if applicable) Transfer orders and warehouse movements Ensure seamless MMWM integration Accounts Payable (AP) & VIM Test AP processes including invoice verification and vendor invoice posting Work with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Invoice capture & OCR validation Workflow approvals Exception handling Validate 3way matching (POGRInvoice) FIMM Integration Validate financial postings triggered by MM transactions: GR/IR clearing, inventory postings, invoice postings Ensure correct GL account determination and financial impact Integration & Interfaces Testing Test system integrations using IDoc, EDI, Proxy/Web Services Validate data flow between SAP and external systems EndtoEnd & Test Lifecycle Management Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data Manage defect lifecycle (log, track, retest, closure) Use tools: HP ALM / JIRA / Azure DevOps (preferred) Data Validation & Reporting Perform data reconciliation between SAP and nonSAP systems Validate BW reports: procurement, inventory, invoice & finance reports Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, business users Participate in daily standups, defect triage calls, UAT support MustHave Skills 6+ years of experience in SAP Testing (MM focus) Strong handson expertise in SAP MM, WM, IM, P2P process, Accounts Payable (AP), OpenText VIM Experience in IDoc, EDI, Proxy integrations, FIMM integration, E2E & integration testing Strong understanding of business workflows and financial impact Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills GoodtoHave Skills Experience with S/4HANA environments Exposure to SAP EWM, SAP Ariba Knowledge of automation tools (SAP TAO, Tricentis Tosca, or Selenium - basic level) Experience in largescale transformation / migration projects Candidate Profile Functional expert with strong business understanding Ability to own E2E testing independently Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset Experience working in global delivery models Benefits Opportunity to work on enterpriselevel SAP transformation programs Exposure to complex E2E business processes Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders Career growth in functional + testing hybrid roles .
