As a Test Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks for embedded systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing robust automation test frameworks using Python for embedded systems. - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, modular, and secure test scripts following Python best practices. - Handling PCBs and embedded devices for testing and validation activities. - Integrating automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools. - Troubleshooting and debugging software issues across Windows and Linux environments. - Contributing to version control and configuration management processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support testing, automation, and deployment activities. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong expertise in Python with hands-on experience in Pytest or similar automation frameworks. - Basic electronics knowledge with experience handling and interfacing with PCBs. - Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. - Experience with version control and configuration management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Artifactory. - Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines, JobDSL scripting, and CI/CD automation. - Understanding of C/C++ development environments. - Experience with tools like DOORS and Pure Variance. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
