Job Description : RPA & Automation DevOps Team Leader Location : Hyderabad Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 10 to 14 Years Total Experience Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Preferred About the Role : We are seeking an experienced RPA & Automation DevOps Team Leader to lead enterprise-scale automation delivery and DevOps operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), CI/CD practices, release management, and team leadership. This role requires managing automation platforms, ensuring deployment excellence, governing release processes, and driving operational stability across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities : 1. Leadership & Delivery : - Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, automation engineers, and DevOps professionals. - Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation and RPA solutions. - Establish development standards, code quality practices, and deployment governance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and support teams. - Ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 2. RPA & Automation Development : - Design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions using leading RPA platforms. - Review automation workflows, reusable components, and framework architecture. - Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of automation solutions. - Support integration of automation platforms with enterprise applications and APIs. 3. DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management : - Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments. - Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and release tagging. - Automate deployment processes across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments. - Define rollback and recovery strategies for production releases. - Coordinate release planning, deployment scheduling, and environment readiness. 4. Environment & Platform Management : - Manage RPA infrastructure, orchestrators, job scheduling, and execution environments. - Maintain credential vaults, configuration management, and access controls. - Monitor platform performance, bot execution, and operational health. - Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate incident resolution. 5. Governance & Compliance : - Ensure adherence to SOX, ITGC, security, and audit requirements. - Support Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management processes. - Maintain documentation, deployment records, and operational runbooks. - Drive continuous improvement in automation delivery and DevOps practices. Required Skills & Experience : 1. Experience : - 1014 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA and automation technologies. - Minimum 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing delivery functions. 2. Technical Skills : - Strong programming experience in Python. - Experience working with REST APIs and enterprise integrations. - Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts. - Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and XPath. - Experience with source control tools and Git workflows. - Expertise in : 1. Branching strategies 2. Pull requests 3. Code reviews 4. Release tagging - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as : 1. Jenkins 2. Azure DevOps 3. GitHub Actions 4. GitLab CI - Experience with deployment orchestration and release automation. - Strong understanding of environment management across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production. 3. RPA Platforms : - Experience with one or more of the following : 1. UiPath 2. Automation Anywhere 3. Microsoft Power Automate Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. - Exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices. - Experience in cloud environments and enterprise automation ecosystems. - Relevant certifications in RPA, DevOps, Cloud, or Automation technologies. Educational Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
