Ltd. is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our SAP HCM practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP HR, Payroll (PY), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with hands-on experience in payroll processing, payment file generation, banking integrations, and custom ABAP developments. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise HR and payroll solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP HR (RICEF) objects for Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - Develop and enhance payroll reports, custom programs, and HR-related technical objects. - Build and maintain custom DME (Data Medium Exchange) payment file generation solutions. - Perform DMEE (Data Medium Exchange Engine) and PMW (Payment Medium Workbench) enhancements. - Develop and support bank interfaces using XML and Flat File formats. - Implement payment file split logic based on business requirements. - Develop interfaces using IDoc, RFC, and other SAP integration technologies. - Create and enhance SAP Forms, Reports, Conversions, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Workflow (RICEF) objects. - Implement enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and hypercare support. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure development follows SAP best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Required Skills & Experience : - 7 - 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development. - Strong experience with SAP Payroll (PY) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - Hands-on expertise in : 1. Custom DME Payment File Development 2. DMEE Configuration & Enhancements 3. Payment Medium Workbench (PMW) 4. Bank Interfaces (XML & Flat Files) 5. Payment File Split Logic - Strong proficiency in Core ABAP development including : 1. Reports 2. Forms 3. Interfaces 4. Conversions 5. Enhancements - Experience with : 1. BAdIs 2. User Exits 3. IDoc 4. RFC - Good understanding of payroll processing and payment integration. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - Knowledge of global payroll and banking integration processes. - Exposure to SAP HCM modules and HR business processes. - SAP ABAP and/or SAP HCM certification is an added advantage. - Experience working on implementation, rollout, or support projects.
