About the role
Role: Peoplesoft Functional Support Location: Need to be onsite in Houston, TX for 3 days a week Duration: 18+Months Required Skills PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Functional Support Environment • PeopleSoft HCM for core functional o Payroll is not included o Time and Labor is not included o Receiving tax updates from Rimini Street (no Oracle contract) • Taleo Recruiting Project • Supporting PeopleSoft so FTEs can focus on the Workday implementation • Implementing Workday, go-live slated for Q1 2025 Requirements • Experience with PeopleSoft is required • Taleo experience is nice to have • Production support • PeopleSoft HCM Functional understanding • Break-fix support Duties • Ongoing functional production support of PeopleSoft HCM • Test update packs received from Rimini Steet • Work with the business to gather/clarify requirements • Work with the IT team for development needs • Work with a third part vendor for interface needs Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Sr Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
