About the role Our client, a leading Healthcare Marketing & Media organization, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to build AI-powered business applications and workflow automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage LLMs, AI-assisted development platforms, and SQL Server to modernize business processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. AI Solutions Engineer Location: Remote Job Type: Freelance / Contract Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business processes involving campaign targeting, provider matching, and business rule evaluation.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and identify automation opportunities.Build AI-powered business applications and workflow automation tools using Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.Develop solutions for provider matching, business rule evaluation, exception handling, and campaign qualification.Query, analyze, and integrate data from SQL Server and multiple enterprise systems.Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI-driven solutions in a dynamic business environment.Document business processes and support modernization initiatives through practical AI automation.Independently drive technical solutions from concept through implementation. Required Skills Strong Software Engineering or Solutions Engineering background.Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.Experience building AI-powered business applications and workflow automation tools.Strong SQL Server experience, including complex queries and data analysis.Experience integrating data from multiple systems.Strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping skills.Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
