Location: Remote Employment Type: Freelance / Contract Work Mode: Remote Experience Required: 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Windchill PLM Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements for enterprise PTC Windchill PLM environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windchill applications along with hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE, REST APIs, and Dell Boomi integrations. You will work closely with business users, developers, and integration teams to resolve production issues, maintain system performance, and support enterprise PLM processes. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for PTC Windchill PLM applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Windchill. Develop and support customizations using Java and J2EE. Build and maintain REST API integrations. Support Dell Boomi middleware integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications. Monitor system health, logs, and application performance. Work with business users to resolve incidents and service requests. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Support deployments, upgrades, and change management activities. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
