Hiring: Manager Data Analyst | Gurgaon We have an exciting opportunity for a Manage Data Analyst with a leading organization in the Digital Analytics / E-commerce domain . Location: Gurgaon CTC: 2728 LPA Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech Technology or related field Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview The role involves transforming digital data into actionable business insights, managing and enhancing dashboards, driving deep-dive analytics, and supporting digital business initiatives across web and mobile platforms . Key Responsibilities : Partner with business/product stakeholders to define analytics and data collection requirements • Develop and maintain KPIs, event taxonomies and measurement frameworks • Validate digital data collection and ensure data quality & governance • Drive insight generation using AI-assisted analytics • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering & IT teams on cloud-based analytics architecture • Improve reporting automation, measurement frameworks and insight delivery Must-Have Skills Strong experience in Digital Analytics / Digital Marketing Analytics / E-commerce Analytics • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Heap or similar platforms • Strong SQL skills • Experience with Google BigQuery / Cloud Data Platforms • Expertise in Tableau / Power BI / Looker • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium / Server-Side Tagging • Understanding of Event-Based Data Models, Identity Resolution & Data Quality • Exposure to Optimizely / Adobe Target / VWO or similar experimentation platforms • Strong understanding of web, mobile & customer journey analytics Candidate Preference Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills Candidates with stable career history and consistent tenure preferred Strong ownership and ability to work with global/distributed teams Interested candidates with relevant experience can share their updated CVs to rutujas@topgearconsultants.com at the earliest.
