Opening with a Leading FMCG Manufacturing Company Position: Executive Projects (Civil Engineer) Location: Madurai Experience: 5-10 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering Industry: FMCG / Food / Pharma / Manufacturing Role Overview: We are looking for a Civil Project & Maintenance professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing plant environments , particularly in building maintenance, civil repairs and manufacturing civil projects . The role will be responsible for execution of civil projects, plant infrastructure maintenance, contractor management, estimation, quality and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Handle building maintenance and civil repair activities within the manufacturing plant Manage civil infrastructure including flooring, roofing, walls, ceilings, drainage, roads, plumbing, doors & windows Execute and supervise manufacturing plant civil projects from planning to completion Prepare layouts, drawings and cost estimations using AutoCAD Coordinate with contractors, vendors and subcontractors Conduct infrastructure inspections and ensure timely defect rectification Ensure compliance with quality, safety, 5S, CAPA and audit requirements Manage civil maintenance materials and inventory Support facility management and plant pest-control activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and maintenance Mandatory Candidate Screening: 510 years of experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food / Pharma industry Hands-on experience in Building Maintenance & Civil Repairs Experience handling Civil Projects within Manufacturing Plants Experience in plant/facility infrastructure maintenance Good communication skills and MS Office/Excel proficiency AutoCAD knowledge preferred Preferred Background: FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Pharma / Industrial Manufacturing / Plant Engineering
