Teleperformance is hiring for Technical support executive - BS, BSEE, CS or other relevant technical degree. - Two+ years of working experience in a Software Product Development or Technical Support role. - Robust English written and verbal communication skills are required - Willing to work on shift Scope of Position This position will require a technical understanding of all PayPal's products. A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing services to all PayPal merchants, developers and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. Required Skills: - A good understanding of any programming languages like Java, .NET, PHP, Python or others. - JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs & Front-end knowledge is a must. - Should know how to call APIs and client-server communication. - Good communication & writing skills are compulsory. Specific duties include: - Work directly with PayPal customers (developers- merchants) and internal teams on post-integration (live) issues. Troubleshoot technical issues related to client code and libraries, connectivity, networking, etc. - Assist with the integration and configuration of the PayPal APIs and products across multiple channels, including mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Share PayPal integration best practices. - Support merchant onboarding and account configuration. - Communicate live issues to merchants and internal stakeholders. Identify and submit PayPal defects.
