Job Description We are hiring Graduate Fresher/Experienced candidates for Voice/Blended Support at Teleperformance. Provide clear, easy to understand technical assistance. 6 days working & 1 rotational off. Shift window: 9 am to 9 pm (any 9 hours). Register complaints & offer suitable resolutions. Maintain accurate CRM updates. Deliver excellent customer experience.
