Yes How to check: Ability to ask clarifying questions and go in depth with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements for features Explain the role across all phases of SDLC Scenario based questions Examples of user stories/ provide a requirement and ask for a user story Ability to draft requirements for technology needs collaborate with Business and Tech teams. Yes SDLC experience/Agile ways of working Yes Nice to haves Deal Breaker? Financial services domain No Tool knowledge – JIRA, Confluence, etc., No Exposure to AI usage Experience SQL ,postman and participate in UAT testing
