Sr. Software Developer in Test (QA)

Key Features: Data Ingestion and Correlation: Essential report data is ingested and correlated into a data lake. Responsibilities: Formulate testing strategies and execute detailed test cases. Lead the automation of test cases for Web UI and backend APIs. Direct the process of defect identification, tracking, and issue management. Manage system monitoring, performance, log, and metrics analysis. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX engineers, software architects and developers to devise effective testing strategies. Address customer issues promptly to support critical business operations. Develop and maintain the automation of CI/CD processes for services and solutions. Work with product development and support teams across multiple countries to ensure global coordination. Conduct compliance testing, such as vulnerability testing for PCI compliance requirements. Play a key role in the software product development cycle, participating in development activities as needed. Qualifications: Advanced Python programming skills for developing automated test scripts independently. Experience in testing Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and serverless applications. Proficiency in RDBMS, NoSQL, Data Lakes, and other cloud technologies in environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD processes, tools, and services, including Jenkins and Docker. Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) in DevOps contexts. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams. Self-motivated with an agile mentality to adapt to changing requirements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
