Job Title: IT Head Location: Gurgaon Experience: 10 – 15 Years Working Days: 6 days Mode: Work from Office Only Education: BE/B. Tech – Computer Sc./M.Tech (BCA/MCA – If candidate experience will be good with stability) Notice Period: 30 days (Immediate are preferred) Interview Process: Assignment Tech 1 Tech 2 HR For Face 3 Face only 1 Tech Round followed with HR round on same day Must Have Skills: 5 years in PHP (Any Framework) with Core 2 Years in ReactJs, NodeJS 3-5 Years in SQL, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Cloud 2 Years in NBFC project mandatory Min 2 Years Stability  Managerial and Tech experts Good to have: Last working experience should be in IT Head Roles & Responsibilities: Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 15 + Years overall experience with 5+ years’ experience in LAMP technology Expert knowledge of Core PHP, React Js, NodeJS, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. Hands on coding skills with PHP, React, NodeJS & MySQL Excellent knowledge of Microservices, Containers & Dockers & Kubernetes Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team Expert knowledge of any MVC framework, CodeIgniter will be a plus. Expert knowledge REST APIs implementation and Third-Party Integrations Knowledge of working closely with code versioning tools like Git & CI/CD will be plus Experience minimum of 2+ years with Banking, Lending (NBFCs) & FinTech Domain Experience working with products like Personal Loans (PayDay & EMI), MSME Loans, Gold Loans, Invoice Discounting Loans etc Experience developing, managing & ongoing CRs for homegrown or ISV LOS & LMS Previous experience as a CTO or CIO or IT Head or similar leadership role. Good to have prior experience overseeing architecture and engineering for enterprise-wide technology platforms and SaaS technology platforms. Experience designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery. Knowledge of latest public cloud technologies like AWS. Knowledge of Infrastructure, Security & Compliances Team management of team size greater than 15 in house head count.
