Java Full Stack Technical Manager

Job title: Full stack technical manager Experience: 15+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Work Mode: WFO Must Have Skills: Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript and AngularJS 1.x or Angular 4+ Roles & Responsibilities: · Designing, coding and debugging of products, and features. · Provide technical leadership to the team. · Analyze and resolve technical queries that the team may have from time to time. · Provide design clarification and Technical guidance to Technical Team. · Handle code reviews, setup guidelines for development. · Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Business Development, and Operations. · Work with frontend engineers to build features. · Design rights solutions/architecture for products/features based on requirements, estimate efforts, and manage the development. Manage and improve systems by innovating and implementing best practices. Required Skills: · Should have 6+ Years of Technical experience in executing of multiple of projects · Good Understanding of Project Management methodologies especially Agile. · Should have hands on experience in resolving Technical blockages. · Should be able to manage high skilled Technical developers. · Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate · Hands on experience on implementing secured, high quality REST API (must know the best practices) · Experience on HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 4 and JQuery · Must have worked on any one of AngularJS 1.x or Angular 4+ · Must have knowledge and experience of Microservices design, security designs, and best practices · Good understanding and implementation knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns · Should have good exposure to MVC implementation patterns · Should be able to understand and implement secure coding practices · Strong problem solving and analytical skills (especially around the areas of performance, scalability on the above mentioned technologies) · Excellent knowledge of RDBMS systems like MS-SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra · Excellent understanding of standard protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL, etc. · Excellent understanding of Linux systems like Ubuntu, Debian · Must have working knowledge on Code Versioning tools like GIT or SVN · Must have working knowledge on build tools like Maven or Gradle The candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills
