Resident Engineer (Water Supply / Sewerage / Storm Water / Roads / Bridges / Building Works) Looking for Resident Engineers: Resident Engineers (Water Supply / Sewerage / Storm Water Works): 04 Nos. Resident Engineers (Bridge Works): 02 Nos. Resident Engineers (Building Works): 02 Nos. Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control Experience in urban infrastructure projects , including one or more of the following, as per project requirements: Water Supply Systems Sewerage Systems Storm Water Drainage Systems Roads Bridges Building Works Selection of Resident Engineers shall be based on relevant experience specific to the assigned sector. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the Engineer's representative at site for assigned works Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to relevant standards and codes Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction methods for conformity with specifications Review contractor's work programs, method statements, and quality assurance plans Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for smooth execution of works Identify and report technical issues, delays, and non-conformities, and assist in resolving them Measure works executed and verify quantities for billing and payment certification Maintain site records, registers, and daily progress reports Assist in preparation of monthly progress reports and completion documentation Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements at site Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction supervision and quality control practices Familiarity with urban infrastructure standards and specifications Ability to manage site activities independently Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
