The candidate should have strong experience in execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control of multi-storey residential building projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in site activities, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site for high-rise residential buildings Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule Monitor structural, finishing, and allied civil works to maintain quality and progress Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution Check and verify bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and site issues to management Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction norms Review measurements, billing quantities, and work completion status at site Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation statements Support project handover activities and closure of pending works within timelines Required Skills Strong experience in high-rise residential building construction Sound knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution activities Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, and specifications Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively Knowledge of quality standards, safety practices, and construction sequencing Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting Qualification B.E./B.Tech - Civil Engineering Preferred Candidate Profile 8-12 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential projects Experience in handling execution of residential towers from structure to finishing stage Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune will be preferred
