Project Engineer - Civil

Position: Project Engineer - RCC Location: Pune Experience: 1012 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Project Type: High-Rise Residential/Commercial Building Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of high-rise building projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for planning, site execution, quality, safety and coordination with consultants, contractors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise RCC, civil, finishing and external development works. Plan daily and weekly construction activities. Monitor site progress against the approved project schedule. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and contractors. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and site resources. Monitor measurements, contractor bills and material consumption. Resolve technical and execution-related site issues. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. Support testing, snag rectification and project handover activities. Candidate Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1012 years of relevant construction experience. Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects. Sound knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works and MEP coordination. Ability to independently handle site execution and contractor coordination. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project/Primavera preferred.
