Job Title: HVAC Design Lead Location: Jamnagar / Navi Mumbai Open Positions: 3 Experience: 1520 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Lead to support large-scale Lithium Battery Gigafactory projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and reviewing HVAC systems for industrial facilities, with strong expertise in Clean Rooms and Ultra-Low Dew Point Dry Rooms . Key Responsibilities Lead HVAC design and engineering review for Battery Gigafactory projects. Review HVAC calculations, P&IDs, layouts, equipment selection, RFQs, TBEs, and vendor documents. Review Clean Room (ISO Class 5–8) and Dry Room HVAC designs. Perform and review psychrometric analysis, thermal load calculations, and CFD studies. Coordinate with Process, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, and BIM teams. Support procurement, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISO 14644, SMACNA, and applicable industry standards. Mentor design engineers and support energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
