Manager, Data Product Management

8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or product management roles, including delivery of data products such as dashboards, semantic models, and data platforms that drive business value 3+ years of people leadership experience managing product owners, analysts, or data professionals, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams Proven experience defining and executing data product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization, aligning to business goals and enterprise data strategy Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, capabilities, and outcome-based delivery plans Experience managing a portfolio of data and analytics products, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and investment planning Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), data modeling concepts, and BI/analytics tools Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data management practices to ensure trusted and compliant data products Experience working within Agile delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and IT leaders and drive alignment across global teams Proven ability to define and track product success metrics such as adoption, business impact, usability, and quality Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) What you’ll experience working for ULS UL Solutions has been pioneering change since 1894 and we’re still leading the way. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
