Product Owner, Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field At least 3 years of experience within a cable and wire manufacturing environment, preferably in production, process, or quality roles. Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) would be an advantage. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions and drive outcomes Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with relevant tools, including: Product design: InVision, Zeplin Development/task management: Jira, Azure DevOps Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Slack Roadmap/portfolio management: Aha!, Daptiv Scrum/Agile training or certification strongly preferred

Product Management training or certification is a plus Experience working with remote teams is advantageous What we offer Total Rewards : We understand that compensation is an important consideration as you plan your next career move. The base salary range for this position in Poland is PLN 147,000 - PLN 195,900, and is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. While this represents the typical range for the role, we may offer a higher salary for candidates with exceptional experience or expertise. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
