Senior Xano Developer

Unico Connect is seeking a Senior Xano Developer to lead Xano Enterprise builds for compliance-heavy and high-scale client products. The role owns data architecture, Bring-Your-Own-Cloud (BYOC) deployment, enterprise integrations, and the AI Agent Builder and MCP Builder workflows that define Xano's AI-era position. The position is well suited to senior backend engineers with deep Xano expertise and the architecture instincts to scale no-code to enterprise loads. Responsibilities: Architect Xano backends at production scale including multi-tenant and RBAC patternsLead Xano Enterprise BYOC deployments on AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premDesign with Xano's AI Agent Builder, MCP Builder, and XanoScript for AI-era backendsDrive enterprise integrations including SSO (SAML, OAuth), enterprise auth, and payment gatewaysMentor 1-2 junior Xano developers through code reviews and architecture discussionsLead Xano migrations from proof-of-concept to Enterprise tier including compliance documentationGovern Xano security posture including data residency, encryption, and audit loggingCalibrate the Xano interview bar and conduct senior interview loopsAuthor internal Xano playbooks and onboarding documentationRepresent Xano capability in client architecture conversationsQualifications: 5+ years of backend development with at least 2 years on Xano at production scaleDeep Xano expertise including function stacks, custom functions, background tasks, and real-timeStrong relational database design (PostgreSQL beyond Xano's defaults)Hands-on with Xano Enterprise including BYOC, SSO, WAF, and dedicated IPFamiliar with at least 1 of WeWeb, FlutterFlow, native mobile, or React frontendsExcellent communication; capacity to lead client architecture conversationsTrack record of mentoring junior Xano developersExperience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)Capacity to read backend code (Node.js or Python) for hybrid setupsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience Unico Connect is seeking a Senior Xano Developer to lead Xano Enterprise builds for compliance-heavy and high-scale client products.
