As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced SQL queries and stored procedures. Your responsibilities will include working on SQL Server and Snowflake-based data solutions, supporting and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports, analyzing user issues, troubleshooting data problems, and resolving tickets efficiently. Additionally, you will need to understand supply chain business processes and data flows, collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization, perform data validation, debugging, and issue resolution, all while working in a fast-paced production support environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and stored procedures - Work on SQL Server and Snowflake-based data solutions - Support and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports - Analyze user issues, troubleshoot data problems, and resolve tickets efficiently - Understand supply chain business processes and data flows - Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization - Perform data validation, debugging, and issue resolution - Work in a fast-paced production support environment Required Technical Skills: Mandatory Skills: - Advanced SQL - SQL Server - Snowflake - Basic Tableau knowledge - Understanding of AWS services Good to Have: - Supply Chain domain knowledge - Experience in run-support or production support projects - Data troubleshooting and optimization experience Required Experience: - 46 years of experience as a Data Engineer or SQL Developer - Strong hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries - Experience working with Snowflake and SQL Server environments - Good communication and stakeholder handling skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision In addition to the technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate for this role would be an immediate joiner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination abilities, a quick learner with business adaptability, and experience in handling user support queries and ticket resolution.
