Associate Manager Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Work on business analysis requests related to various business problems. - Create analytical findings for internal clients of UHG according to specified requirements, utilizing information from UHG specific databases. - Engage with business users to comprehend their needs and requirements. - Develop project plans for reports and ensure timely execution. - Prepare impactful presentations and documents. - Conduct quality checks on reports and data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sharing them with internal and external clients. - Adhere to the terms and conditions of employment, company policies, and procedures, and any directives regarding changes in work locations, teams, shifts, benefits flexibility, or other decisions due to evolving business environments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or 4-year university degree. - Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics projects within the Business Intelligence space. - Proficiency in handling BIG Data/ Cloud Data Structures for Ad-Hoc Analysis. - Experience in team management and client interaction. - End-to-end experience in designing and deploying reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI. - Sound knowledge of Descriptive Business Analytics techniques such as Hypothesis testing, Clustering, and Segmentation. - Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Familiarity with analytics tools including R, Python, and BI tools. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (spoken and written). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. - Demonstrated accountability and project delivery capabilities.
