Tech/MCA/M. Tech4+ years of overall experience with strong technical background and at least 3+ years of experience working in Test Automation developmentHands-on in-depth experience of SeleniumExperience working with the CI/CD and DevOpsIn-depth knowledge implementing test automation at a framework design level using either SeleniumSolid working knowledge of TDD and BDD frameworksKnowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, DockerThorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environmentsProficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.Proven solid analytical and organizational skillsProven solid leadership and coordination skillsProven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Must Have : Responsible for writing, maintaining, and understanding the general requirements and data mapping and referenceUnderstands requirements, dependencies, solution and impactsWrites test scenarios for general end to end QA-ingAccountable for ensuring tests for general end to end are run, passed, and cover the appropriate flowsCoordinates with Inspire content developers on test data neededAssists project manager where needed (defect tracking & management)Updates project documents and schedules where neededSupports driving the project forwardShift timing would be 3:30 to 1:00 am. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of Developing, implementing and maintaining Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Summary documentationGood amount of experience in Automation Framework Designing Executing and maintaining automated test scripts using automation tool Selenium, exposure to Jenkins and Other automation environmentsExpert with automation tool like Selenium /PlaywrightIn depth knowledge of testing Web and Desktop based applications, Familiarity with SDLC quality standards and test methodologiesGood understanding with Test/Data/process Driven frameworkGood in understanding business requirements and convert them into Test ScriptComfortable with REST API's and Jenkins pipelineProven ability to design, develop and implement Test Automation for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our agile teamsProven ability to understand and scope requirements and prepare test scenarios test conditions and test casesProven ability to understand and design Automation FrameworkProven ability to develop overall test strategy test estimates and plan the testing effort and strategy required for each application project based on the development approach and timelineProven ability to work with Project Managers to track and report testing milestones Notify Management of project related risks associated with automated testing impacts and delaysProven ability to provide project status reports with supporting regression testing metrics on a regular basisProven ability to assist with creating and maintaining manual and automation support documents surrounding standards policies procedures and metricsProven ability to work with less structured, more complex issues Claims or Rx claims experience will be preferred At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
