The Technology Product Manager designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life. This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life of new, existing, or acquired products. The SG27 Product Manager leverages market insights and emerging technology - including AI - to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and optimize product offerings. Primary Responsibilities: Drive product vision and strategy roadmap, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and product innovationEngage enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignmentLead the product across its lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices, with a focus on AI-enabled solutionsKnow the market and effectively identify and frame new technology products, including those powered by AIDefine solutions with high-value requirements, compelling business cases, clear product positioning, priority, and strategic impactPartner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions, including AI-powered featuresManage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions, using AI analytics for performance monitoringServe as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage, and engage with the user baseTechnical & Engineering:Decompose features into manageable user stories, including those related to AI capabilitiesCollaborate with business partners and engineering teams to gather information required for user story creation, especially for AI-driven featuresArticulate an understanding of core technology enabling business functionsSupport backlog prioritizationFluent in Agile delivery tools (e.g., GitHub, Rally, Aha!) and support compliance & governance for AI solutionsSpecific experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices is highly desirable. This includes supporting integration testing, automation practices, and ensuring CI/CD pipelines are effectively implemented for product deliveryCustomer Focus:Understand the 'what & why' of User Stories, their relationship to Features, and how each may impact the user-including AI-powered experiences.Demonstrate empathy for the customer journey; understand applicable personas and how AI can personalize and improve their experienceEffectively partner with users, business, technology, and product teams to delight consumers with AI-driven solutionsIdentify and appropriately leverage subject matter experts (SMEs)Leadership & Culture:Set personal OKRs and review timely with leader, including goals for AI adoption and impactCollaborate well with team members, including cross-functional AI teamsPositively influence user story outcomesBuild relationships to be a trusted partner, attend trainings to further advance knowledge (including AI), and operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with a growth mindsetLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
