Job description for Post of Process Engineer, Experience range: 8yrs to 12yrs 1.New program timeline planning and execution to support timely and successful project launches. 2.Performed design reviews, manufacturing feasibility studies, and capacity planning for new product launches. Prepared and validated PFMEA with CFT to ensure robust process design. 3.Responsible for new project development and assembly process planning in coordination with the design and cross-functional teams. 4.Conducted manpower planning and cycle time analysis, and finalized assembly line layout, stations, and fixture concepts for optimized production. 5.Manage supplier coordination by sharing RFQs, validating machine and fixture designs, and tracking manufacturing, trials, and dispatch. 6.Executed machine installation, in-house trials, and process validation, followed by smooth handover to production ensuring desired efficiency. 7.New project setup and process development, including line layout preparation, internal line shifting, and assembly line setup, installation, commissioning, and customer approval. 8.Packaging design (trolley/bin) and obtained customer approvals while developing in-process material handling solutions such as racks, stands, chutes, and work tables for new and existing lines. 9.APQP PPAP documentation, including PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions, with revisions as per product requirements. 10.Process maturation and launch readiness by managing new project facilities and supporting smooth project execution. 11.Customer PPAP updates, EOL validation, and audit preparation, while conducting internal audits (QAV, LVPT, HVPT) and closing observations with cross-functional teams.
