As an Enterprise Application Manager, your role involves maintaining and governing a comprehensive inventory of all enterprise applications. This includes managing an accurate, real-time inventory of licenses, usage metrics, and vendor contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring precise documentation of application versions, licenses, dependencies, integrations, and usage metrics. Monitoring application performance, availability, and user adoption will be crucial in driving continuous improvement. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders for application upgrades, patches, renewals, and lifecycle management.
