Role Overview: You are required to work as a Business Analyst at WNS for their client. As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between complex business operations and technology development. Your main responsibility will be translating business needs into clear requirements for a platform crucial to daily operations and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand and document current and future state processes. - Analyze and model complex business processes, data flows, and system integrations. - Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring clear communication. - Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories. - Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or ERP platforms. - Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). - Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with API concepts and tools for testing and documentation.
