About the role
Our Architect will be responsible for the high-level design and technical blueprint of a software system Main duties include making key technical decisions, defining coding standards and tools, guiding development teams, and ensuring the softwares scalability, performance, and maintainability Aligning with business needs is critical Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into a cohesive, functional system Expectations: Requirements analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Design and architecture: Create high-level architectural blueprints and design the overall structure of the software, including how different components will interact. Standards and quality: Define and enforce coding standards, technical specifications, and quality assurance protocols to ensure a robust and cohesive product. Technical leadership: Make strategic decisions about technology, platforms, and frameworks, and guide development teams on best practices. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the final product meets all requirements Skills Technical expertise: A strong understanding of programming, various technologies, and software development methodologies is crucial. Analytical skills: Analyze requirements, identify risks, and making informed technical decisions is essential. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues and find solutions for complex technical challenges ensuring the solution lies within architecture boundaries & aligning with business needs. Leadership and communication: The role requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Cross-Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management Drive alignment across multiple customer teams and partner organizations, ensuring a unified technical direction. Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and negotiate architecture decisions among diverse stakeholders. Communicate architectural strategies and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
