Job Description Senior Architect Location: Chennai Experience: 8 - 15 Years Position: Senior Architect Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution activities for construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural standards, project management, drawings, and site coordination to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution. Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, BOQ, and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural, MEP, and site teams. Ensure project compliance with local building regulations and standards. Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution quality. Review design changes and provide technical solutions. Manage project timelines and support project delivery. Supervise and guide junior architects and drafting teams. Coordinate approvals and documentation related to projects. Ensure cost-effective and practical design solutions. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) . 8 - 15 years of experience in architecture / construction projects. Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or building projects. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office (knowledge of BIM preferred). Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
