SAP Integration Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Integration Manager/Lead with over 10 years of total experience , including 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI within support and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong development knowledge in design and configuration and must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementation . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills , capable of managing incident, change, and problem management processes while adhering to SLAs . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP PI/PO/CPI integration projects , ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and configuration of SAP PI/PO/CPI solutions to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications . Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage the resolution of incidents, changes, and problems efficiently. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement . Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards . Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic guidance on integration solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration projects and processes. Participate in the planning and execution of end-to-end implementations , ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions to business operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of total experience in SAP integration technologies, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI . Proven track record of at least one successful end-to-end SAP implementation . Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO/CPI development , including design and configuration . Experience in managing incident, change, and problem management processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to motivate and guide team members . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels . Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in PI/PO/CPI . Experience managing projects in a global or multi-regional context . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools .
