Performance Test Lead

Act as an Independent Contributor, coordinating with various stakeholders for requirements Strong understanding of performance testing principles, methodologies, and best practices Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, StormRunner for performance testing Proficiency in JavaScript, Java for test automation and performance test scripting Develop, review, and optimize performance scripts Debug and analyze root causes, providing recommendations for improvements Utilize performance monitoring tools like Datadog for system analysis Identify and implement performance optimizations with development teams Conduct performance tuning, including code profiling, database optimization, and caching Document and communicate performance testing results to stakeholders
