About the role
As a QA Automation Architect at ValueMomentums Engineering Center, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks tailored to the organization's needs. - Developing test automation strategies aligned with project goals and quality objectives. - Managing Pipeline orchestration for test execution on Azure CI/CD. - Evaluating and recommending automation tools and technologies. - Providing training and support to QA teams on test automation best practices. - Continuously improving automation processes and frameworks based on metrics analysis and emerging trends. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products. - Strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation with C# automation framework. - Experience in API test automation, Forms & Rate automation, and other automation frameworks & tools. - Leadership skills in ideating innovative solutions for QA. - Hands-on experience in Web and API testing and automation using BDD Spec flow/Cucumber framework, Selenium, C#, Postman, and REST. - Experience in creating and setting up the test automation framework, enhancing existing frameworks, and conducting database, performance, and regression testing. - Familiarity with no-code low-code platforms, agile project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, and technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Service Bus, and JavaScript-based testing frameworks. - Proficiency in CICD pipeline build/deployment in Azure, AI/ML in QA, API service virtualization, BDD, and automation with feature files. - Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with P&C Insurance domain knowledge. - Experience in test management tools like JIRA and ADO, as well as TCOE implementation. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
