HFM Consultant

Responsibilities: Act as a key member of the HFM/FDM financial systems team. Develop and maintain all technical aspects of HFM/FDM applications. Construct metadata, logic changes, and data import routines. Design and develop web forms and business rules. Develop reports and perform general system maintenance. Build, modify, and enhance reporting systems, creating complex reports for global users. Conduct proactive reviews of application design and recommend enhancements. Ensure HFM and FDM applications comply with architectural standards, methodologies, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve HFM and FDM user issues; collaborate with the IT team for complex issues. Develop and update training documentation for end-users. Monitor project efforts, anticipate potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure overall system stability and optimal performance of HFM and FDM applications. Experience Required: Hands-on experience in HFM/FDM development, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong expertise in metadata construction, data imports, and logic modifications. Proficiency in web form and business rule development. Experience in designing and generating complex reports. Ability to assess system designs and recommend improvements. Experience in training users and preparing technical documentation. Strong project management skills with the ability to address potential challenges proactively.
