We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer with expertise in PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and development while working with international clients. This role also requires strong team management and leadership skills . Key Responsibilities: Magento Development: Hands-on experience in core Magento development , including custom module creation and performance optimization. Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, JS, CSS, and jQuery for end-to-end development. Solution & Data Modeling: Experience in data modeling and solution design is highly preferred. Project Execution & Client Interaction: Work directly with US-based clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Manage mission-critical projects under tight deadlines. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams. Proficient in team assessments, assembly, and management . People & Process Management: Ability to manage multiple technologies and oversee project workflows. Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and interpersonal skills .
