Peoplesoft HRMS Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PeopleSoft Tools and Application Engines , along with the ability to interact with clients and deliver mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions . PeopleSoft HCM Expertise: Develop and implement PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. People Tools & Application Engines: Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, App Engines, Dynamic Prompts, Component Variables, and Global Variables . Payroll & HR Modules: Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Global Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training modules . SQR Programming & Troubleshooting: Ability to read and analyze SQR programs to identify and resolve issues. Project Execution & Delivery: Manage and deliver high-impact projects , ensuring on-time execution and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Build strong teams, mentor junior professionals, and foster a collaborative work environment. Required Skills & Experience: 4-12 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Expertise in PeopleTools, App Engines, SQR Programming, and HR Table Configurations Experience working with dynamic prompts, syntax, and value passing in Application Engine Strong knowledge of Global Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training modules Ability to work directly with customers, ensuring smooth project delivery Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Nice to Have: Experience with UPK (User Productivity Kit) Strong team-building and conflict-resolution skills If you're a proactive, results-driven professional passionate about PeopleSoft HCM, we'd love to hear from you!
